Fertilizer Production Line with NPK Blending Equipment
Factory Requirements:
This set of equipment is specially designed for lowheight factories.
The material finished product silo and packaging machine are connected by an inclined screw conveyor.
The overall layout is compact, suitable for factory buildings with a height of 6 meters or less.
Product Configuration List:
Small Particle Water Soluble Fertilizer Crusher (1 unit):
Used to crush granular raw materials such as nitrogen, phosphorus,
and potassium to facilitate subsequent blending and dissolution.
Dust-Free Feeding Station (1 unit):
Reduces dust generation during manual feeding, ensuring a clean
and environmentally friendly feeding process.
Pulse Dust Collector and Duct (1 unit):
Collects dust during production, keeping the workshop
clean and dust-free.
Mixer (1 unit):
Efficiently and uniformly blends multiple crushed fertilizer raw materials,
improving fertilizer blending accuracy.
Finished Product Storage Silos (2 sets):
Temporarily stores the blended finished powder and works
with the packaging system.
Screw Feeders (2 sets):
Accurately convey powder from storage silos to the packaging machine.
Powder Packaging Machine (1 set):
Automatically weighs and bags water soluble fertilizer powder,
suitable for various packaging specifications.
Sewing Machine (1 set):
Seals the packaging bags to complete the packaging process.
Sealed Bag Conveyor (1 set):
Transports sealed finished products for palletizing or transfer.
Electrical Control Cabinet and Program Control System (1 set):
Centrally controls the entire production process, enhancing
operational efficiency and production stability.
